Shipping policy

Because our items are handcrafted and baked fresh daily without artificial preservatives, we maintain a strict local delivery zone to guarantee peak quality and food safety.

1. Free 5-Mile Delivery Zone

  • Radius Limit: We offer Free Local Delivery exclusively to delivery addresses located within a strict 5-mile driving radius of our bakery.

  • Automatic Checkout Verification: Our system automatically verifies your address against our 5-mile boundary at checkout. If your shipping address is within 5 miles, the Free Local Delivery option will appear automatically.

2. Strictly No Deliveries Beyond 5 Miles

  • No Outside Delivery: We do not offer delivery, regional shipping, or carrier shipping to addresses located farther than 5 miles from our bakery location. Orders entered with an address outside our 5-mile radius cannot be processed for delivery.

3. Local Delivery Schedule & Arrival

  • Order Preparation: All products are baked fresh to order. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Thursday,Friady, Saturday and Sunday  are scheduled for Tuesday Delivery and orders placed before 1:00 PM Monday,Tuesday, and Wednesday are scheduled for Friday Delivery..

  • Receiving Your Order: Due to the perishable nature of fresh baked goods, we strongly recommend having someone available to accept the package. If no one is home, the driver will leave the package at your front door or doorstep. We are not responsible for theft, spoilage, or quality degradation caused by items left unattended outdoors.

4. Address Accuracy

  • Please review your street number, apartment/suite number, and zip code prior to submitting your order. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, the order will be returned to the bakery and must be picked up in-store.
